Summer coming to a close - so now what? #EXERCISE #HYDRATE #CLEANSE

So now what?  That's the question!  Maybe we vacationed, maybe we slacked off our exercise routine, maybe we ate too much snacks, maybe we overindulged partying, whatever your choice...(mine: all of the above lol)
DUN DE DUN DUN...Now it's time to face the music!You may have put on a few lbs, your face is puffy, your clothes are snug and your joints are achy.
I might have a plan to help.  I know what your going to say.  Diet & exercise!  Right?  Same old Same old.  Of course, exercise is important for everyone.  We all need to keep our bodies moving.  So start slow, take time to stretch.  Enjoy the outdoors when possible.  Whatever suits you.  Not everyone needs to be the superstar at the gym or the medal track winner.  Just be You!
Hydrate!  Did you know our bodies need 1/2 our weight in water each day to loose weight?  Yes, so if your goal is to drop some lbs. get busy drinking some water!  However, whether or not you want to loose lbs. we need water to function properly, so drink, drink, drink.
Cleanse!  No one likes the idea, true - but when you think about it, why not?  This is a "No Brainer"  We cleanse the outside of our bodies, why not the inside?
Last but not least Rest - Sleep is essential to our bodies.  Without proper sleep you won't go to the gym, you will eat poor & be off track.
