Breakfast Cereal Containing Weed Killing Chemical

So if what we feed our children isn't scary enough, now we're told WEED KILLING CHEMICAL GLYPHOSATE linked to cancer is found is some children's breakfast foods????

According to this study, they say they are "very concerned".  As a mother, I wonder....what exactly does "VERY CONCERNED" mean?  Does this mean that THEY no longer will feed these foods to their children?  Does it mean it is QUESTIONABLE or is it like so many other products that we have been told of possible danger and then several years later, told they then were put back on the safe list.

Skin Care, Cosmetics, Congress & Kourtney Kardashian?

So maybe someone can explain to me why it takes a celebrity (if you can call her that) such as Kourtney Kardashian to gather the attention of Congress?  Yes, you heard me right.  Last month, Ms. Kardashian sat down with members of Congress to discuss the ingredients which are permitted in skin care and cosmetics in the US vs in Europe where their restrictions and standards have been in place for many years.

I was first made known of these dangers by a advocate against breast cancer, Karen Miller who heads the Huntington Breast Cancer Action Coalition.  I recall feeling extremely naive, 12 years ago, when she said, what you put on your skin goes directly into your blood system in 26 seconds.  I sought out safe products and have been introducing them to others since.  Try as I might, there are still those who think what I'm saying is not important enough to listen to.

Hence, my dilemma.  If someone with tremendous knowledge such as Karen on the subject of possible causes and effects of breast cancer is not being heard, and certainly I'm not being taken seriously, WHY is KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN?

I suppose, it shouldn't matter.  The fact is, they did listen.  Will they do something is another matter.

Mental Energy Drain

CANCEL CLEAR DELETE

Arbonne's past President, Rita Davenport, was a great influence on my life.  This phrase, CANCEL, CLEAR, DELETE is meant to eliminate your mind from drifting to negative thoughts.
Imagine you are driving down the highway on you way home from the office. For no apparent reason you begin to think of an event which occurred during the day and you now start to dwell on the negative person, place or thing which happened.  Instead of focusing on this event, Rita encouraged us to repeat 3 times CANCEL, CLEAR, DELETE.
After years of doing this, my mind has come to a point where it automatically says CANCEL, CLEAR, DELETE when I think of a negative thought!!!
